• Free shipping labels is provided for returns.
• No restocking fee.

To initiate a Return and Refund:
Please send an email to contact@selenitaly.com. Include the order number and reason for return/exchange.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
A return label will be provided via email for free.

Refund - Next Steps:
Upon receiving in our warehouse the returned product and our team's product inspection we will refund the purchase amount if the above mentioned conditions are met.
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, informing you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank or credit card processing times may affect refund posting.
Exchanges:
If you prefer an exchange, we will initiate the return process while concurrently creating a new order for the desired product. Once we receive the return, we will promptly ship the new product. Please note there is a one-time limit for this exchange process.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Damages and Issues:
